Sarah & Noble are both excellent Customer Support Agents!

Sarah and Noble haven’t both been amazing. The customer support was friendly, professional, and honestly, top-notch.

The initial issue started with a beard guard replacement to then a couple of weeks later needing a full machine replacement. They responded incredibly fast—no hassle, no endless questions—just straight to fixing the issue and sending replacements.

I almost never leave reviews, but I’m blown away by the care and support I received!

Brio is doing something right because from using the product to dealing with customer support, even getting a replacement, the whole experience has been fantastic! A company who truly cares about their customers and their experience! 10/10

Awesome customer service

I had trouble with my blade assembly. I sent an email on a Sunday and got a response back right away. They were so quick to take care of my problem and get my part replaced. Awesome to work with!

Sarah was the best!

I had a problem with my trimmer and Sarah not only responded in less than an hour but she got me hooked up with a brand new trimmer! NO BOTS - she's a human! Excellent customer service experience.
