It's ok
When I 1st received this the battery drained really fast. Customer service requested I do a full battery drain and recharge 2 maybe 3 times. This helped, but I shouldn't really have to do this for a brand new product. These bugs should have been worked out before even marketing the shaver. My pitbull gold pro holds a lot battery better than the brio. I wanted this for travel as this has the travel lock, my pitbull gold pro does not. All 5 blades do not touch the top of my head all at once, not flexible enough. I feel the 5 blade cutting head needs some improvement. It does cut close enough for a good shave. The feel is not as comfortable as my pitbull, but should be good enough for travel. My go to and my home shaver will remain my Pitbull Gold Pro. I am only giving this 3 stars because I think it lacks build quality with the battery issue, and it needs a revised head.

This problem is totally fixable, although I know having to go through the trouble of draining and recharging your shaver to fix it was a hassle.
