Stopped working…
I’ve had this trimmer for 5+ years. Kept it clean regularly, by oiling every 2 weeks making sure I clean out all the hairs. Today morning I had a meeting so I did a quick little clean up with my zero blade. After coming back from work i decided to properly touch up my beard since I keep a 3-4in. beard and wanted to shape it up from the ends, turns out in the span of 12 hours it stopped working. I plugged it up and tried everything I could..the display only turns on when I connect the charging cord and when I hit the on button the screen just blinks with no response whatsoever. I apologize I have to leave a 2 star review being a 5 star trimmer for the time I’ve had it, but I’m very upset since I’m stranded without a trimmer and I don’t want to spend on a new once due to having to prioritize other things at the moment. Brio please help me out!!
