Axis Replacement Blade Assembly

Works great. Not sure why the previous one broke, but Brio gladly covered it under warranty and shipped quickly.

Great customer service

My Axis trimmer arrived with a broken blade assembly. I emailed CS and they sent a replacement right away and now it works as designed. Because I couldn't decide between the Axis and Beardscape V2, I got both and I think I prefer the Beardscape and may pass the Axis along to my wife. The beardscape, especially with the Zero Blade, which I also got, will really do anything you want.
