I like it the trimmer cuts well and is powerful. I find its a bit to big to handle making it difficult to trim tight spots like the mustache

I strongly recommend this product!

The trimmer and its battery life are absolutely amazing, I would recommend it to everyone one, but there's a major flaw, the guards... Not only it's a proprietary system instead of the standard ones it's a terrible system, hard to clip in, and the locking pins will easily wear out, and it won't even hold anymore, besides that, they're extremely fragile and brittle, mine dropped from the charging stand and broke one of the "teeth", and today it dropped Abt 50cm from the ground and disintegrated... The locking tab broke off.

I would say that, this system and the fact that it doesn't work while charging are its major flaws, other than that it would be a 10/10

This has been my absolute favorite trimmer ever, but suddenly, after years of using it with no issues, it won’t turn off. Now I’m scared to leave it unattended in case it overheats or causes a fire, so I’m stuck carrying it around, listening to the constant buzzing. The battery life is amazing—it’s barely losing charge even after all this time—but that’s not exactly helpful when I can’t shut it off. Unfortunately, it looks like I’m out a pretty expensive trimmer. Really disappointed.

The battery gave up after three years. The warranty is two years. Mine no longer holds a charge for more than a week. I was religious about charging the trimmer and then leaving it off the charger until it needed charging again. It didn't help the battery last. When it was new it would last for months between charges. Now it makes it about a week. It has been charged less than two dozen times.
