UPDATE
I couldn't figure out how to edit or update my previous review, so, I'll add a new one here:
The Beardscape V1 has been great! Even better? Customer service! I left a 3 star review (pasted below) praising the trimmer but stating my frustration with the guards being difficult to get on and stay on. WELL...turns out...I hadn't noticed I was trying to attach the guards to the Zero Blade.
After reading my original review and contacting me, Customer service sent out a new guard to replace the one with which I initially had trouble. After that one also wouldn't stay on, I sent a short video showing the trouble I was having. THEY noticed the Zero Blade mix-up, YET STILL offered to replace any guards that I MYSELF may have ruined by stretching out. Fortunately, all guards are working as they should and I am not only once again happy with my Beardscape kit, Brio customer service has won me over as a repeat customer IF this thing ever does really fail (Kudos to Noble & Sarah).
I will add that I had difficulty in the past getting the guards to snap on, but now I know the correct procedure and they go on with ease.
