The blade adjusts in .3 mm increments to allow you to dial in the exact look for your stubble length. Slide the blade down to 1.6 or 1.9 mm gives extra clearance when trimming pubic hair and body hair. More clearance means less chance of nicks and cuts and less chance for ingrown hairs or razor burn.
Great customer service
When this thing shaves, it does a rather good job. The issue is every single time I take it out of the case, it's dead. I can charge it to 100% and the next week, without using it in between then, it's dead.
It does clip ok. It misses hairs a lot on the first pass but generally picks up on a second go. It does very well at preventing nicks unlike my older Norelco. However, considering that I always have to charge it at the most inopportune times, I can never recommend it. I actually quite hate this product because of it.
I originally purchased Brio because: They weren't a social media marketed brand like Manscape, which any brand pushed heavily by influencers screams garbage quality without real usage. Anything you see on Youtube, IG, wherever you get your ads from is products pushed by an advertising company before a manufacturing company. Boy, was I wrong.
