Although I haven't been in the facial grooming scene for long, brio has definitely become my go-to brand. While not too expensive (which was a slight concern to me when initially buying with regards to the quality), the trimmer works amazingly, and the adjustable ceramic blade is a great positive. I do have to note that, after a few months of usage, the battery stopped working; however, after a quick email to customer service I received a brand-new trimmer in the mail just a week later covered in the 2-year warranty. I have loved using this trimmer and for the price it is great quality.
Doesn’t clip well. Attachments are terrible to put on. Battery lasts super long. But for the money there is better out there.

I have had a beard for over 10 years. When my old trimmer broke I opted for this, it does the trimming job fairly well, but no better or worse than the trimmers half the price - but that is about it.
It does not trim to zero, so no good at edging- putting in lines.
The guards are a nightmare to put on/take off; and you are never quite sure if they are in the correct position.
But the worse feature is the battery, it can be showing that there is plenty of charge, only for it to completely run out of juice half way through a trim.
I trim my beard every 3/4 weeks and I have never had a good experience trimming with this and never have I thought I achieved the trim I wanted.
I guess spending money on marketing rather than the product has worked for now.

The adjustable ceramic blade trims as short as 1.0mm, and if you need to trim shorter, we make an attachment called the Zero Blade (it's great for edging and trims at 0.2mm, which is the closest a trimmer can get). It sounds like your battery must have gone bad! Most customers don't have to charge their trimmers more than once every few months (the battery is typically what customers love the most). I'll reach out to you directly to help further :)
