I pulled it out of the box, tried to trim some hairs on my neck and it pulled horribly - thought it was yanking hairs out.
Ends up, I was using it wrong. Watch some videos... it works amazingly smoothly - trimmed my eyebrows like a pro!
Battery lasts forever, easy to change the blades from the zero (get the zero attachment as well) to the regular one. The safety lock really helps when traveling. Nothing but good stuff to say.

I ordered the Beardscape Beard and Body Trimmer V2 (Gray) and I soon after received many tracking updates from USPS via the Shop app during it's journey to my apartment. Eventually it was marked as delivered but my product was not at the front desk, in my mail box, or in the parcel locker for my apartment. I checked daily with my apartment manager if it had come in to no avail. I reached out to Brio Support and explained my issue to them and they sent me a replacement. I really appreciate their helpfulness in trying to help me track down my original package and being happy to send a new one when we deemed the original as lost. Hopefully your trimmer will arrive on time but if you have issues, the Brio Support Team is a great group of people to work with.
