Works great.

My husband had been searching to find a new trimmer and eventually we came across a video comparing the Brio Beardscape Beard and Body Trimmer V2 with another brand, which was what made us find that video to begin with. Well, by the time the video was over we both thought this Brio trimmer was the way to go! I bought it as a birthday gift for him and he was so excited to try it. He loves how easy it is to use, how durable it feels, and how supremely well it worked. I also very greatly appreciated the email correspondence and updates about my order, which most companies don’t really bother with these days. I totally recommend this product and will definitely be purchasing from Brio again. Thank you!

There are no guides/instructions as to which blade guard to use. All that is included is a chart showing mm ????

I mostly love it! However, there are few minor issues here and there. First, the good. The trimmer is great. It's solid, battery lasts, RPM settings are great, the lock feature is nice to have, the blades are great. I also really like the nose trimmer, the tweezers, and the sleeve. Things that I don't love. The pro case is just okish. I wouldn't qualify it as a travel case. It's way too big. The quality isn't great either. It feels cheap and the zipper keeps getting stuck on the side and damaging itself. It's also difficult to fit everything in the case to keep everything in one place. It's an in-between solution. Not great for travel, not great to store all of my brio set tools either. Overall it's a great value for the price. I don't think there's a better quality grooming set out there for this price.

I bought this in February and it's already dead. Won't turn on at all. It did a good job while it was working, but I have another trimmer that has been with me for over a decade and still works perfectly fine. There is no reason this thing should brick itself within a single year.
