I bought this in February and it's already dead. Won't turn on at all. It did a good job while it was working, but I have another trimmer that has been with me for over a decade and still works perfectly fine. There is no reason this thing should brick itself within a single year.

The ceramic blade is so much better than steel as it cuts without pulling - it provides a comfortable trim and it is easy to handle and shape my beard. I like not having to recharge it very often. Lastly, the customer service is top shelf. Wonder and friendly service and support. Thank you!

I’ve used it a few times now and it works just as advertised. It holds a charge and has a smooth operation. I’ve deducted a star because of the finish on this particular model. Upon receiving it and opening the box, the coating on the main clipper was already flaking off. For this price point, there should be zero issues with it.
