Defective Replacement

Replacement slowed down my razor tremendously, does not cut, and with this ran my battery down from 44 to near zero with one shave. This item is defective and I would like another one sent to me please.

I purchased the raze unit because i own the beard scape and loved it. I had an issue with the shaver head on the raze unit. I emailed support and they immediately sent me a replacement. They make a great product and stand behind their quality.

Flawed design

My original shaver head that came with the razor had an issue. One of the blades was unseated or not locked into place. When I opened it for cleaning 1 ofthe 3 piece blasé assemblies fell out. It's easy to put the pieces back but not to lock them into place. Customer service was kind enough to send me a replacement head. After a half dozen uses the same thing happened to the new head and the blade assembly fell out during cleaning. Fortunately if you just put the three pieces back into place, even if they are not locked down, the razor seems to function just fine. That is really good news because 3 shaves later another blade assembly has come unlocked. Now when I open it up for cleaning 6 pieces come falling out with the trimmings. I'm hoping this just came from a bad batch of heads and if I wait long enough I will be able to order one that manages to keep the blades from falling out because I really like this razor, it is the best I have tried out of 4 so far.
